Ultreia, an ancient Latin word, is encouragement to go further, to go beyond. Pilgrims have been saying this to one another along the Camino de Santiago for a millennium, reminding each other that their spiritual journey goes beyond a geographical destination and continues in their day to day living.

I want to highly recommend Laura Rasmussen as a wonderful guide for anything she puts her effort towards!
